I'm Marco Raddatz — Tech Lead and AI Strategist with a full-stack background.
I currently work mainly in e-commerce, energy monitoring, and (bike) leasing. My focus areas are AI agent orchestration, product internationalization, and general process automation — more here.
I've been building software for over 20 years, and I've been in leadership roles for more than 15. I've run companies, built teams, and shipped dozens of products. Because I write code myself, I know what the agents are actually doing. Teamwork matters to me, and I want tech to help people.
